Concrete Colors
From the day you contact our office or a member of our staff, consider us a friend and partner in your concrete endeavor. (770-577-9075) You have questions; we have answers. This company did not become an industry leader with pages of available testimonials by being lax in our responsibilities to our public. Every detail, including concrete colors, is something we choose to workout with our clients. An attractive, durable surface reflects as well upon us, as you. Our jobs are lasting resume items.
We understand that every home, business, and facility and their surroundings are unique. Each is designed and laid-out to convey a particular message or atmosphere. Surface appearance is critical. No one concrete color or style is a catchall for everyone or everything. That’s why it is necessary for us to offer customers a wide variety of concrete colors from a host of manufacturers, including Scofield, Davis Color, Tygar, and Soloman Colors.
It stands to reason that whether your project is composed of decorative concrete with stamped or imprinted designs (or a more basic scheme) or is garage floor coating or covering, your selection of concrete stain or color hardener is important. Concrete color is a key concept and factor in appearance, and this look sets the tone for initial and lasting impressions.
Everyone has seen a magnificently constructed driveway or pool deck, superbly poured and crafted, only to be disappointed by that same old, traditional gray tainting so common just a decade ago. In this day and age, this mistake is completely avoidable. Various concrete colors are easily developed using acid stain, integral color, and other specific methods of mixing the tint in or atop the material. A competent color man can mix precisely what is needed in most cases.
We use different methods for coloring our decorative concrete. Precision matters to our experienced staff of professionals. Your concrete color and concrete stain matters to our crews as much as crafting the layout does. Count on it. Our employees maintain our fine reputation. They use several different methods in coloring concrete.
COLORING METHODS:
· Integral Color - This is a process in which the color is added to the concrete and mixed- in while wet. The color goes all the way through, and is very good when used on concrete that may be broken or otherwise damaged. If concrete that has been integrally colored is chipped, the middle is the same color so the damaged area does not stand out.
- Color Hardener - In this application the color is broadcast on top of the wet concrete, and cementation additives actually strengthen the top layer of the concrete. This process is a two-for-one proposition, both positive. Excellent.
- Stains And Dye - These include acid stain that chemically alters the concrete and bio-friendly dyes, which stain the concrete’s surface. This is a matter of coloring from within, or dying mainly on the top. Either way, these options are prone to last a long, long time. One word: Quality.
After carefully consulting with us, pick your specific color and pattern, and watch the plan come together.
